Join a large and well-respected Cardiology group in the Modesto, California area who is expanding due to growth.

Practice Details:
Group of nine Cardiologists: EP, general and Interventional

Average patient census: 20-35 patients a day

Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 1 day of all day procedures

Call Requirements: 1:9, all members participate in call; 1:4 hospital call, 1:4 PCI call (non-interventionalist call, procedure day - Stemi call)

OP vs IP Details:Outpatient and Inpatient, mixed. Hospital Privileges with DMC, Memorial, and EMC (95% cases at DMC and 5% cases at Memorial completed). Rotating with EMC office is 1 day every 10 weeks. 1-2 day

Certification/Academic Requirements: Board Certified Only/ BE for those who graduated and awaiting to take boards. US Citizen/Permanent Resident-No Visas

EMR:Clinic Nextgen and Hospital is Cerner

Office Equipment/Supporting Staff:All Support Staff, MA, scheduling, billing in house etc. No procedures are done in the office, all are at hospitals. Defibrator clinic, electro physicals, nuclear medicine, echograms, full spectrum cardiology.

Procedures included for Cardiologist:Stress Test(Treadmill), Nuclear Testing, echocardiography (PVD, Carotid), valve repairs, replacements, coronary artery bypass and more.

Procedures for Interventionalist:Cardiac Catherization, Ballon Angioplasty/PTCA, Coronary Stenting, PCI, Peripheral angiograms and more.

Available Benefits:3 Party Relocation with a sign on bonus, relocation expense, malpractice insurance. Employment of the group will include Group Benefits Programs, including Group health, life insurance, and Group retirement plan, WRVU bases.

Compensation: Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an employee's qualifications, experience and personal productivity.

DMC of Modesto is a 465-bed hospital, level 2 Trauma Center, operating as Level 1. The hospital has currently applied to become a Level 1 Trauma Center, which is still in progress. Located in the center of Northern California, DMC captures care from Bakersfield-Fresno to the Sonora Foothills and leading from Sacramento into the Bay Area.
