• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days
• ACLS required
• 2 - 8 patients per day
• General, healthy peds, epidurals, ortho, vascular, GS, thoracic, robotics, ENT, GYN, urology etc
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
