Locum Tenens Anesthesiology Opportunity Jamestown, New YorkPosition: Anesthesiologist (MD/DO)Setting: Hospital-basedLocation: Jamestown, NYHospital Size: 277 bedsEMR: CernerSupport Staff: 3 MDs and 8 CRNAsSchedule & Availability
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Contract Length: Ongoing
  • Shift Hours: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (Scheduled Clinical Hours)
  • Call Requirement:
    • Weekend call: Friday 3:00 PM Sunday 3:00 PM
    • Call ratio: 1:3
    • Call is primarily supervisory, but providers must be able to perform their own cases if needed
    • CRNA is in-house; MD is back-up on pager from nearby hotel
  • Priority Dates (as of Sept 22):
    • November 1721
    • December 2226
    • December 29 January 2
    • Ongoing need for approximately 510 shifts/month
    • Provider must be able to cover at least some of the above dates
Required Skills & Procedures
  • General Anesthesia
  • Endoscopy
  • OB/GYN (Obstetric Anesthesia)
Licensing & Certifications
  • Active New York State Medical License Required
  • Board Certification Preferred
