• Monday-Friday 7am-3pm schedule
• Minimum 2 weeks per month commitment
• 5-7 cases per day depending on area
• 1:7 call ratio with weeknight coverage
• General, endo, ENT, OB procedures required
• Board certification required
• 90-day privilege processing for clean candidates
• Mostly weeknight calls with perm staff weekend coverage
