Cases include general anesthesia, cardiac cath lab at all sites, EP lab (Virginia Beach only), spinal, epidural, regional OB, complex vascular (excluding open heart), complex orthopedic, ventilation management, and central/arterial line insertion. Open heart, thoracic, and pain cases are not included.
