'Develop clinical protocols & empower team of providers to function most efficiently
'Can be 100% Administrative or 2 Clinical Days per Week
'Lead direct reports; ensure medical practices, processes & workflows meet objectives
'Develop & implement strategies + metrics for collaborative care design with Clinic Primary Care Medical Directors

ROLE

• Supervise physicians & Advanced Practice Providers
• Develop & execute operational strategies with direction of CMO
• Facilitate physician & provider staff meetings
• Responsible for Compliance and Research
• Quality improvement, Policy Development & Financial Management

SKILLS

Ability to obtain/maintain medical license in state of Florida
'5+ years experience preferred
'BC/BE Gynecology, Interventional Pain, Urology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Podiatry, Rheumatology OR Endocrinology
Strong leadership, communication & organizational skills

Experience preferred with healthcare administration or financial management
