• Start date: 11/1/2025
• Facility Type: Outpatient Clinic
• Contract Length: 3 months, potential for locums to perm
• Shift Details: Standard, 5 Day (8 hours) 8:00-17:00
• Specialty/Unit/Profession:  FMP-PCP-IM
• Practice Setting: Primary Care
• Charting: EPIC
• Average Daily Census: 18-20
• Patient Age Group: Adulst
• Procedures: Common OP IM procedures (biopsies, sutures, etc.)
• Support Staff:  Practice manager, front office supervisor, MAs, patient care associates, etc. / No supervision of any staff necessary
