They use the assistance of a PA to help cover the patients at the units. They are Medical Director of several of the units and the incoming physician would have the potential for a Medical Directorship early on. It is a 100% Nephrology practice. Working with three hospital systems doing consults only. Starting salary will be competitive with malpractice insurance, individual health insurance, and potential for directorship and Joint Venturing. The population of the city alone is 350,000.
