• Call only -- 12-hour shifts
• 4 - 8 patients per shift
• Pediatric inpatient and Level I Nursery rounding
• Intubation, central line placement, and ventilation management required
• Attends C-sections and high-risk deliveries
• 1 weekend on call per month
• 30-minute call response time required
• Ongoing coverage assignment
