A well-respected healthcare facility in Central CA is seeking a Pediatrician in the Bakersfield area to join their team. 

• Board-certified or eligible Pediatrician 
• Monday-Friday schedule, 40 hours a week
• Call: On week per quarter (phone only). Nurse triage handles the call first, and very few get through to the physician. 
• Typically see approx. 25 ppd
• 100% outpatient
• Will see Peds patients 
• Starting salary 235k (negotiable), sign-on bonus plus productivity incentives & retention bonus
