• Shifts span weekday 8am - 5pm and weekend 5pm Fri - 8am Mon
• 8 - 10 patients per day, may fluctuate
• 100% telehealth -- inpatient nephrology service
• Inpatient nephrology and dialysis management only
• Chronic and acute adult patients -- observation status admissions
• Potential for additional weekends and coverage into 2027
• Hospital privileges required
