• 24-hour call shifts -- 7 am to 7 am with 30-minute response time
• Beeper call coverage with ongoing need up to 15 days per month
• C-section coverage, ED consults, transfers, and inpatient rounding
• See all babies born -- both inpatient and outpatient rounding
• UVC and NRP certification required -- PALS certification required
• Preferred: intubation, central lines, ventilation management
