As a Physician (Internal Medicine) you will: - Serve as a board-certified Internal Medicine Physician providing care to adult patients who have both acute and chronic illnesses of all complexities. - Promotes preventive measures - Manages the acute and chronic conditions of his/her assigned panel of patients and patients assigned to other team members when circumstances require. - Responsible for the continuous and comprehensive healthcare management of a broad range of health services. - Documents all examinations/procedures performed in the patient's electronic medical record. - Participates in Continuing Medical Education (CME) and quality assurance activities as assigned. - Provides consultation to other health care providers as assigned. - Performs other duties as assigned.
