Seeking a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician for a Medical Director, Primary Care position in the Trenton, NJ area. 

• Board-certified Family Practice or Internal Medicine
• Full-time Mon-Fri; 8a-5p
• Approx. 20 patients per day
• 50% Admin & 50% clinical 
• See all ages or adults 
• Seeking candidates with Leadership experience at the Director/Medical Director level
• Will report to the CMO
• Develop and implement clinical policies, protocols, and standards to ensure patient safety, satisfaction, and high quality care.
• Oversee the performance of physicians and other medical staff, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and organizational expectations.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the medical department, ensuring efficient use of resources. 
• Oversee clinical peer reviews
• Lead clinical problem-solving efforts
