• Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 5 pm with no on-call responsibilities
• Outpatient-only position at a mission-driven federally qualified health center
• Approximately 23 - 25 scheduled patients per day
• Work with a diverse, underserved population including patients experiencing homelessness
• Collaborate with behavioral health providers in an integrated care team model
• Opportunity to provide clinical supervision for NPs in the behavioral health program
• Epic EMR used throughout the practice
• MD or DO; board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
