• Days: 5 am - 5 pm; nights: 5 pm - 5 am -- flexible shift coverage
• Day shifts: 15 - 18 patients per day
• Night shifts: 8 - 10 admits per night
• Inpatient hospital setting
• Rounding only on days -- no procedures required
• No cross coverage on night shifts
