• Night shift -- 7 pm - 7 am, 12-hour shifts
• Minimum 7 shifts per month
• 4 - 10 patients per shift
• Inpatient hospital setting
• Member of Rapid Response Team (RRT)
• No code blue responsibilities -- managed by ED team
• Closed ICU -- no procedures required
• ACLS certification required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
