• Shift: 3pm - 8am, weekend call coverage
• Low patient volume -- 0 - 2 patients daily
• Hospital setting
• NRP and PALS certification required
• Procedures: intubations, LPs, umbilical lines, circs, vent management
• Cares for neonates as young as 34 weeks gestation
• Sporadic weekend availability required throughout the year
