• Averages 2 - 3 patient calls from ED per day
• Hospital setting
• Common cases: laparotomy, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, bowel obstruction
• Laparoscopic surgery experience required

• Endoscopy (EGD, colonoscopy) not required
