• Clinic hours: 8 am - 5 pm, Mon - Fri
• 2 days OR, 3 days clinic per week
• No night or weekend call -- daytime call shared among group
• Clinic volume: 20 - 30 patients per day
• OR: 9 - 12 cases per day
• Cataract surgery experience required
• General ophthalmology clinic experience required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
