Full-Time Dermatologist Job in the Greater Denver Area

Job-9228

**Accepting 2027 Dermatology Resident Applications!

Build a long-term dermatology career with a respected Colorado private practice where physician support, team culture and clinical autonomy are more than talking points.

An established, physician-led private dermatology practice serving the Greater Denver area for more than two decades is expanding and seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist (MD/DO) to join its growing team.

This is an opportunity for a dermatologist who wants more than a busy schedule and competitive compensation. Youll join a highly regarded practice that has built its reputation through excellent patient care, strong community relationships and a team-first culture - and is looking for a physician who wants to become a meaningful part of that environment for years to come.

Design the Practice Week That Works for You

Build your practice with a full-time, four-day per week schedule that can include:

General / medical dermatology
Surgical dermatology
Optional cosmetic dermatology based on your interests
A diverse patient population spanning children through adults
Approximately 35 - 40+ patients per day, with volume shaped around your comfort level and efficiency

There is no APP supervision requirement, allowing you to focus your time and attention on your own patients and clinical practice.

A Support Model Built Around the Physician

This practice takes clinical support seriously.

Rather than expecting physicians to adapt to a predetermined staffing model, the group provides the level of assistance necessary to help each dermatologist practice efficiently.

You can expect:

Dedicated medical assistants and scribes based on your individual workflow needs
A highly capable clinical support team selected and trained with a strong emphasis on professionalism and performance
Dedicated front-office support to assist with prior authorizations and administrative responsibilities
EMA / EMR technology
Modern, thoughtfully designed clinical environments
Established referral relationships supporting continued patient demand
Structured onboarding and training designed to help new physicians integrate successfully

The result is an environment where dermatologists can concentrate more of their energy on patient care rather than unnecessary administrative friction.

Competitive Compensation + Long-Term Opportunity

The practice offers an excellent compensation and benefits package designed to reward both immediate productivity and long-term contribution.

The package includes:

Guaranteed base salary
Percentage-of-collections incentive compensation
Health, dental and vision insurance
Matching 401(k) plan
Profit-sharing plan
CME allowance and dedicated CME time
Paid vacation
Malpractice coverage
Additional comprehensive benefits
Partnership track following year three

For a physician interested in putting down professional roots, the partnership opportunity creates a meaningful path toward greater long-term involvement in the practice.

The Right Physician Matters Here

This group has spent more than 20 years building its reputation, referral network and culture, so this search is intentionally focused on finding the right long-term addition to the team.

The ideal physician is someone who:

Values collaboration over ego
Brings a strong work ethic and takes pride in excellent patient care
Enjoys being part of a team where physicians and staff support one another
Is comfortable learning, teaching and exchanging knowledge with colleagues
Enjoys caring for a varied patient population rather than limiting their practice to one narrow demographic
Has a genuine connection to Colorado or a compelling reason to build a lasting personal and professional future in the state

Whether Colorado is already home, family brings you back to the area or your roots here run deeper than a preference for the mountain lifestyle, this practice is especially interested in physicians who can envision becoming part of the community for the long term.

Practice Dermatology Somewhere You Can Build Something

There are plenty of dermatology opportunities offering attractive compensation.

Far fewer combine schedule autonomy, exceptional staffing, established patient demand, private-practice culture and a defined path toward partnership within one of Colorado's most desirable markets.

If you are looking for a practice where you can build a busy clinical career without sacrificing the people, support and culture surrounding it, this opportunity deserves a closer look.
