ER Physician ' Full-Time

Location: LHS Dr., Lumberton, TX

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ER Physician to provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Schedule

• Full-Time: 144 hours/month
• Six 24-hour shifts/month

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat emergency patients.
• Provide urgent treatments and stabilize patients.
• Perform necessary emergency procedures.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Coordinate admissions and transfers.
• Collaborate with nurses, paramedics, and specialists.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

• MD/DO from an accredited institution.
• Completed residency in any specialty.
• 1+ year Emergency Medicine experience.
• Active Texas medical license.
• Current PALS, ACLS & ATLS; BLS preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Free-standing ED or urgent care experience preferred.
• Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine background preferred.
