• Level II Trauma Center - 250-bed hospital
• The role oversees surgeons and surgical staff, develops policies and procedures, ensures patient safety, and works with hospital leadership to improve surgical outcomes and operational efficiency.
• The Chief of Surgery provides clinical, administrative, and strategic leadership for the surgical department
• Base salary starting at 472K - 502K plus a 50K medical director stipend and full benefits package
