• Shifts: 7am - 7pm, 7pm - 7am -- 24hr shifts considered
• Average 18 - 19 patients per 24hrs -- nights slower after 11pm
• Emergency medicine -- hospital-wide rapid response and code coverage
• ATLS, PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
