• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm -- 9-hour shifts with lunch break
• 12 - 16 patients per shift
• Outpatient neurology setting
• Botulinum toxin (Botox) administration preferred
• Migraine treatment experience a plus
• Sleep studies and disability evaluation experience preferred
• Opioid stable patient medication management required
• Fellowship training preferred
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
