A health services organization in Virginia is seeking a licensed Primary Care Physician to join their team in Richmond, providing comprehensive care for adults 55 and older.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: Standard business hours
• Setting: Outpatient

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for an adult patient population ages 55 and older
• Manage an average patient volume of approximately 20 to 22 patients per day
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions within the scope of internal medicine, family medicine, or geriatrics
• Coordinate care with the site medical director and other members of the care team
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and support continuity of care in an outpatient setting

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active medical licensure in Virginia
• Experience practicing primary care
