A health services organization in Pennsylvania is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their team in Philadelphia, delivering comprehensive care to adults aged 55 and older in a team-based outpatient setting.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: Standard business hours
• Setting: Outpatient

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services for an adult patient population age 55 and older
• Manage an average daily patient volume of approximately 20 to 22 patients
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions within the scope of family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatrics
• Work collaboratively with the site medical director and care team
• Deliver patient-centered care in a high-touch outpatient environment

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Board certification in internal medicine, family medicine, or geriatrics
• At least one year of post-training clinical experience
