Active WA license or IMLC LOQ in hand
24 hour call
Candidates must be able to cover about 80% of the dates detailed (3-4 weeks) and must detail the specific dates the provider can cover through Feb 2026 [REQUIRED]
Candidates must detail the specific blackout dates [REQUIRED]
Candidates must list the # of shifts per month ongoing they can offer to the site [REQUIRED]

- 8/2428
- 8/31-9/4
- 9/7-11
- 9/14-18
- 9/21-25
- 10/12-16
- 10/19-23
- 10/26-30
- 11/23-27
- Ongoing availability.
Call schedule is released about one month before. Must be able to work weekend call either before or after. For a new provider call would start weekend after their first week to get acclimated.
