Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive concierge primary care for a small panel of patients
• Deliver preventive, wellness-focused, and relationship-based medical care
• Manage same-day and ongoing patient needs with a high level of accessibility
• Perform routine clinical evaluations, assessments, and follow-up care
• Collaborate with the broader care team to support an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Active New York medical license
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• At least 5 years of clinical experience
• Concierge medicine experience
