Highlights

• Outpatient clinic open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• 32 patient hours and 8 admin hours per week (admin day can be remote)
• Flexible patient appointment times of 20-40 minutes
• See patients of all ages for acute, chronic, and well visits
• Occasional tele-health visits

Recruitment Package

• Base salary range is $273,500 to $327,000
• Potential relocation assistance
• Employed position with incredible benefits and potential end-of-year performance bonus
