• Mon - Fri, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm clinic with day call included
• Night call coverage -- 5:00 pm - 8:30 am weekdays
• Weekend 24-hour call coverage required
• Guaranteed 8 hours per day
• 5 patients per shift -- both inpatient and outpatient
• Complex spine cases -- inpatient and outpatient setting
• Spinal surgery with and without instrumentation required
