• 24-hour shifts -- 8 am to 8 am, up to 21 days per month
• Post-call day provided after each call shift
• 5 - 10 inpatient census per shift; 3 - 5 admissions per shift
• Averages 1,000 deliveries per year
• In-house call coverage at a hospital
• Vaginal, forceps, c-section, VBAC, and complicated deliveries required
• OB ultrasound, amniocentesis, and surgical GYN skills required
• Ongoing coverage opportunity
