• 14 - 16 points of service
• General surgery, orthopedics, GI, urology, neuro, ENT, peds dental
• Blocks preferred -- interscalene, supraclavicular, TAP, adductor canal
• Femoral and popliteal sciatic blocks also utilized
• No OB cases
• At least 2 weeks per month commitment required
