• Monday - Friday schedule, 7:30 am - 5 pm
• Outpatient-only position with no inpatient responsibilities
• Phone-based call shared among the group
• 75% clinical and 25% administrative leadership role
• Lead and mentor primary care providers with performance oversight
• On-site diagnostics including ultrasound, Echo, EKG, Doppler, and spirometry
• Value-based care and managed care experience strongly preferred
• Board-certified geriatrician required; hospital-employed position
