• Four 10-hour shifts per week with flexible scheduling options
• Schedule options: Monday - Thursday, Tuesday - Friday, or Wednesday - Saturday
• Half-day per week available as virtual or in-office administrative time
• 36 patient contact hours and 4 dedicated administrative hours weekly
• Two support staff personnel provided per physician
• Typical patient census of 3 patients per hour
• Health system-employed position with strong team environment
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
