• 72-hour shift -- 7 am to 7 am coverage
• 1 - 3 newborns and 0 - 1 inpatients on call days
• Hospital setting -- Level I Nursery
• Strong backup resources available
• Circs required
• Newborn rounding, high-risk deliveries, stabilize and ship
• Preferred: umbilical lines, intubations, IVs, feeding tubes
• 400 births per year facility
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
