• 24hr call shifts -- 7 am to 7 am
• 3 - 10 call days covered per month, including at least 1 weekend
• 0 - 5 patients per shift
• Call volume: 1 - 3 phone consults, 0 - 3 patients seen per 24 hrs
• Call ratio: 1:4
• Adult and pediatric populations -- neonates not required
• Bread and butter general surgery skills required
• Ongoing coverage need
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
