As aPhysician (Pain Management/Physical Med & Rehabilitation) you will: - Provide full range of Physical Medicine and rehabilitation evaluations, treatments and functional training towards maximum independence. - Prescribe full spectrum of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech, Neuropsychology evaluations, social work services and serve as team leader for rehabilitation services. - Perform comprehensive pain management using Trigger point and soft tissue injections, blocks, acupuncture, rehabilitation exercise programs. - Provide rehabilitation recommendations for patients with multiple, chronic conditions (i.e. stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, total joint replacement surgeries, deconditioning, etc.). - Order radiology, laboratory tests and make diagnosis and prescribe/direct appropriate rehabilitation treatment to include drugs, dietary care, as indicated. - Performs Other Duties as Assigned
