• Minimum 15-20 hours weekly in 3-hour shifts with flexible scheduling
• 2-3 new consult patients per hour with 15-20 minute visits
• Telehealth setting
• HRT/TRT experience preferred for faster onboarding
• Late afternoon/early evening hours until 8-9 pm weekdays ideal
• Weekend availability desired but not required
• Male patients ages 40-70+
• New consultations only
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
