PRACTICEOPPORTUNITY:

• A large and nationally regarded Community Health System is seeking to recruit full-time Ob/Gyn physicians.
  
  
• Established over thirty years ago, this Community Health System services a diverse patient population. It also includes a large Latino community population all within the Chicago metro area.

• The ideal candidate is a mission-driven physician who wants to make a difference for the community.
  
  
• Mentorship by tenured physicians is provided.
  
  
• If the Ob/Gyn physician is bilingual and fluent in both Spanish and English, it would be a big plus. However, this isnota requirement and is not mandatory.
  
  
• However, Ob/Gyn physicians who are not bi-lingual will also be strongly considered and are welcome to apply!
  
  
• Visa sponsorshipwill be provided if the candidate is bilingual and fluent in both Spanish and English.
  
  
• Their offices are equipped with a lab, ultrasound and x-ray machines.
  
  
• 60% Gynecology and 40% OB
  
  
• 25 to 40 Deliveries Per Month with the four BC Midwives Performing 15 to 20 of those births
  
  
• Call Schedule: About 1:8 (24 Hour) Calls per month
  
  
• HOURS: Five Days per Week, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

• One Evening per Week, 1 PM to 8 PM (later starting time)
  
  
• One Saturday per month, 8:30 AM to 1 PM
  
  
• Totaling 40 hours per week, including Administrative time
  
  
• Average patients seen: 20 to 24 per day
  
  
• They admit to a large teaching facility where the da Vinci Robot is available.

FINANCIAL COMPENSATION

• Compensation: Base Salary range: $275,000 to $350,000
