A well-established private dermatology practice in the Southeast Phoenix area is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Mohs Surgeon to join its growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician looking to step into a busy, established practice with strong patient demand, experienced support staff and a clear path to building a full-time Mohs practice.

Due to significant patient volume and referral demand, the position is expected to transition into a full-time Mohs role within the physician's first year.

Position Highlights:

• Four-day workweek
• Three days of Mohs surgery and one day of general dermatology to start
• Expected transition to 100% Mohs surgery within the first year
• Immediate patient volume from day one
• Established referral network and strong surgical demand
• See approximately 8-10 Mohs cases per day
• Dedicated medical assistants and experienced histotechnicians for support
• Modern practice utilizing EMA / EMR systems
• Opportunity to provide Mohs coverage at a nearby secondary location as needed

The ideal candidate is fellowship-trained in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Arizona medical licensure is preferred.
