Brand new hospital in Washington, DC is seeking a Hospitalist Medical Director to join their team. This is a 7 on/7 off position and candidates can be Board Certified in either Family or Internal Medicine.

$323K per year plus $40K admin stipend.  Currently 136 bed hospital, can expand up to 184 beds.  20 bed closed ICU.  Procedures optional.  Level III trauma center.  Average daily census: 41.  2 hospitalists, 1 dayshift APP, 1 nocturnist.  Payor mix: 43% Medicare, 41% Medicaid, 11% commercial, 4% self pay.  Codes run by ICU.  Oracle/Cerner EMR.
