Brand new hospital in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Hospitalist to join their team. This is a 7 on/7 off position and candidates can be Board Certified in either Family or Internal Medicine.

Currently 136 bed hospital, can expand up to 184 beds.  20 bed closed ICU.  Procedures optional.  Level III trauma center.  Average daily census: 41.  2 hospitalists, 1 dayshift APP, 1 nocturnist.  Payor mix: 43% Medicare, 41% Medicaid, 11% commercial, 4% self pay.  Codes run by ICU.  Oracle/Cerner EMR.
