• M-F clinic/OR 8 am - 5 pm with 1 hour lunch
• OR scheduled 1 day per week
• Weeknight and weekend call
• 10-15 patient encounters expected per shift
• APP support in clinic and OR
• Facial trauma experience required
• General head and neck experience only
• Comprehensive ENT practice
