• Flexible day and night shift coverage required
• Day shifts: 15-18 patients per day
• Night shifts: 8-10 admits
• Day shifts: 5am-5pm, Night shifts: 5pm-5am
• Rounding only for day shifts
• No cross coverage
• ACLS and BLS certification required
