• PRN 5-10 shifts per month with varying schedule
• 7a-5p weekdays, 5p-7a weeknights, 7a-7p weekends
• 66% OB cases, 33% GYN cases with high risk patients
• Annual deliveries: Fairview 5500, Hillcrest 4200
• MFM support available
• Required procedures: D&E, D&C, C/S, GYN service transfers
• Resident supervision responsibilities
• 100% in-house call coverage -- no callbacks
