• Beeper call with 30 min response time, 1:3 ratio
• 20-25 clinic patients per shift, 1-6 inpatients
• Both inpatient and outpatient required
• Complex deliveries including c-section, breech, multiple births
• Surgical gynecology including laparoscopic procedures
• Average 700 deliveries per year
• Office procedures including IUD, colposcopy, LEEP
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
