Assignment Details

• Reason for Coverage: 3-month maternity leave
• Dates of Coverage: September December 2026
• Travel: Providers must be local; mileage reimbursement only

Practice Setting

• Schedule:
  • 4 days outpatient (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
  • Clinic hours: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
  • On-call responsibilities included
• Call Schedule:
  • 1:3 rotation
  • Weeknight call
  • Weekend call: Friday 4:00 PM Monday 7:00 AM

Patient Population

• Adult and geriatric patients (primarily)

Case Mix

• Hematology: 60%
• Oncology: 40%
• Internal Medicine: 0%

Clinical Responsibilities

• Outpatient and inpatient hematology and oncology care
• Participation in tumor board
• Ordering tests and imaging
• Prescribing treatments

Practice Details

• Physician Team: 3 physicians (one on maternity leave)
• Advanced Practice Providers: 2 APPs
• Radiation Oncology: Available on-site
• Average Daily Volume:
  • Outpatient: 1516 patients
  • Inpatient (rounding/call): ~15 patients
