Shift-based compensation with performance incentives.  12-hour shifts from 7a-7p.  Flexible scheduling.  Shifts cover admitting, discharge, rounding, responding to codes.  Telehospitalist service overnight.  Hospitalists cover the ICU with intensivist support for vent management as needed.  BC/BE in Internal Medicine required.
