• Schedule: 2 days per week
• Hours: 8am - 4pm
• Patient census: 6 - 10 per day
• Outpatient clinic setting
• Support staff: RN and social worker available
• Fellowship in cognitive neurology strongly preferred
• No hospital rounding required
